Bringing urea under the NBS Scheme is seen as the panacea for all the issues related to fertiliser subsidies in India as well as for the environmental problems of agriculture. Highlighting the issues related to urea management, suggest reforms are required to improve the usage of urea in a sustainable manner in India. (Answer in 150 words)
